Dealing with conflict is never fun, but it may be the thing God is nudging us towards. In her first professional job in Corporate America, Kristin shares her experience of having difficult conversations with coworkers that ultimately pushed her towards growth and authority, when shame and fear could have kept her trapped in victimhood. Her experience reminds us all that as followers of Jesus, we have an Advocate who fights for us, and a God who walks with us, step by step, in everyday situations.
