10X Project Updates
Nepal

Nepal

Each year, over 10,000 Nepalese girls are trafficked—many to brothels in India, where they await rescue. That’s why we’re building a 220,000 sq. ft. campus that provides housing, aftercare resources, and schooling to hundreds of children who have been rescued from trafficking and those that are most vulnerable to exploitation.

Groundbreaking in Nepal

Groundbreaking has officially begun on the Apple of God’s Eyes Aftercare Campus. After months of behind-the-scenes work, permits are secured (never a small feat), and contractors from the local village—alongside skilled partners from around the world—are on site and building. Doors that felt stuck opened. Timelines aligned. God made a way.

One of the most meaningful wins? Apple of God’s Eyes is intentionally hiring locally, investing directly into the surrounding economy and putting resources back into the hands of families who call this place home. This campus isn’t just being built in the community; it’s being built with the community.

And there’s more good momentum: construction on the expansion of Anjali’s school is well underway and nearly halfway finished. Classrooms are taking shape, walls are rising, and the impact for students and families is becoming visible by the day.

Thank you for believing early, giving generously, and staying the course. What you’re funding isn’t an idea anymore—it’s classrooms and opportunity. We can’t wait to share what’s next.

Second Round of Financing Sent

Crossroads is proud to send a contribution to Apple of God’s Eye in support of their new campus project in Nepal. This campus will expand their reach and provide critical resources to children who need it most.

First round of Financing Sent

The first round of financing was sent to Anjali at the Hasta Memorial School for its expansion to 5th grade.

Phase 1 Land Purchased

We have purchased the land for AoGE—a 210,000 square foot recovery campus for trafficked children.

We Want to Build an Anti-Trafficking Campus in Nepal

housing

No one said taking on an evil as dark as human trafficking was going to be easy. But for the past 19 years, God has called us to be part of the solution. As a part of this Push, we’re taking another huge step in bringing healing and hope—we’re 10Xing our impact. Over 10,000 Nepalese girls are trafficked each year, many to brothels in India. Alongside our partner in Nepal, we’re building a state-of-the-art aftercare campus (bigger than our Oakley campus) that’ll provide housing and support for hundreds of children who have been rescued from the hands of sex traffickers, or are at extreme risk of being trafficked. Additionally, this will include the building of a school, and expansion of another school (founded and run by a formerly trafficked woman who was rescued through our work) that’ll provide new jobs in the community and educate nearly 500 kids per year who otherwise would be at risk of being trafficked. We’ve already purchased the land. Now it’s time to take the biggest swing we have ever taken towards addressing this problem.

ANTI-TRAFFICKING HOME SPECS

  • This new campus is a 220,000 sq. ft. facility with 100 beds and room for 500 kids in the school.
  • Funding also allows for 500 additional rescues per year.
  • Includes investment in programs for young boys to help prevent them from becoming future traffickers.
